Stainless Steel is 3D printed with a process called binder jetting. The 3D printer deposits a small drop of glue onto layers of stainless steel powder, one layer at a time until the print is complete. The models then go through an infusion process that replaces the glue with bronze. This creates a full metal product that is 60% steel and 40% bronze. The way that bronze infiltrates the steel can vary, and this changes the color of your product. If there is a higher concentration of bronze near the surface, it will take on more of bronze's deep brown color over steel's gray color.
With proper care and maintenance, it will maintain an optimal appearance. Exposure to high-saline environments, chlorides or abrasive chemicals will diminish its anti-corrosion properties and increase the risk of damage. Routine cleaning with soap and water is usually sufficient to maintain the corrosion resistance and appearance of the piece. Then, rinse in clean water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.

It is very important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be returned, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure delivery. MENEO is not responsible for shipping damage or loss of returns goods to us that occur on shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
