Policies

SHIPPING & HANDLING

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Please allow up to four weeks for all orders. International orders will require additional handling time due to destination countries customs and duties. 

Customers are responsible for paying for all shipping costs including return/exchange shipping costs and all fees/taxes/duties, where applicable. We do not refund shipping costs and international duties/taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

It is very important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be returned, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email as soon as possible at info@meneostore.com. Please include your full name, order number, email and reason for exchange or refund. 

 

We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure delivery. MENEO is not responsible for shipping damage or loss of returns goods to us that occur on shipping.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied.
